Day 1.

Great games and great performances by many players.

Webber had a great start along with Iverson (even though they fell short and lost, more on that later). Both players had over 30 points with lots of other goodies to go along with it.

Milwaukee rocked with Redd, Simmons showing why they were signed to some nice contracts but also TJ Ford close to a triple double and Bogut almost a double double with 3 blocks as well. Great start and a victory in overtime. Magloire was perhaps the only lame duck in his first game for the Bucks but we will forgive him since he just arrived and must be a little confused.

New Orleans Oklahoma kicked butt bigtime and made Sacramento look HORRIBLE. What about the perfomance of guys such as Bonzi Wells (6pts 6reb 2-11 shooting) B. Miller (4pts/3reb) and Bibby with 8-4-4. Yep, the fantasy managers of those guys are not happy this morning along with Sacramento fans who like most other fans had high hopes for the season. No one stood out for the Hornets, a solid team effort. JR Smith and PJ Brown though were a little better than the others so they get some probs. Chris Paul outplayed Bibby so that is something he probably will enjoy for a long time. Oh and Mason didn't start and he struggled but you know, give the guy a couple of weeks to show what he can do.

Dallas/Phoenix, double overtime so the stats bare witness to that. Nash is going to carry the scoring load that Amare leaves behind, Dirk and Marion had great games.

Thats it.
